IN the estate of REINHOLD ANTON KROTOFIL deceased late of Paechtown Road, Paechtown in the State of South Australia Deceased who died on or about 11 October 2008.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Trustee Act 1936 the Inheritance (Family Provision) Act 1972 – 1975 and the Family Relationships Act 1975 that creditors beneficiaries and others having claims against the estate of the abovenamed deceased should send particulars of such claims to VON DOUSSAS the solicitors to the personal representative of the estate of the deceased within one (1) month from the date of publication of this Notice after which time the personal representative of the estate intends to distribute the estate of the said REINHOLD ANTON KROTOFIL amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which notice has been received by the said personal representative.
